I think your key fob lock door button is getting pressed while it is in your pocket by accident.

Hello this is caused by a bad door lock actuator.
This would disable the alarm and open the rear door lock.
Do the locks work when you use the door buttons.
The door lock actuator is part of the door latch.
Remove the rear door outside handle.
The wires that go into the door by the hinge from the body could be got at and cut.
The rear doors are locked and unlocked via the drivers door.
This happened on a 10 plate transit last year more than once.

I am unable to open the rear doors and can only open the front doors manually.
If so they are functional and you don t need to check the fuse for the locks.
