Transit Rear Door Lock Not Working

I have a problem with my lwb ford transit 350 i can open the drivers door with key i can t open the passager door i can only open and lock the sliding manually i can t access the back doors from inside or open it.

If the door lock actuators fail they will disable the power door lock feature from working. They have been able to diagnose that the actuators are getting the signals they are just not locking. I have two fob but none worked if i try to open the back doors or reset the central locking by turning the the key on off 8 times in 10. Hi i have a ford transit lwb 2009 the problem is the side door will not lock with central locking key fob but front and rear tail doors do so was advise that the side door locking mechanism at fault.

However the rear barn door actuator is only getting 1 signal and not the other he couldn t remember if it was only getting unlock or lock he has advised that the cause is probably 4 faulty actuators and a wiring issue in the rear barn door.
