Toyota Sienna Power Sliding Doors Not Working

Problem started intermittantly but now won t open at all. The sliding door latch is not working see the picture of the latch unit. Most common problem is the motor of the latch fails. At first the door won t work properly.

Recently the passenger side psd stopped working but the door can be opened and closed manually with no binding. Both electric sliding doors will not open. Latch motor failure sometimes the side door will struggle to open when you press the button to automatically open it.
