Use a pencil or other marking tool to make a dot or an x over the exact spot where you want to drill your hole.

Drill the first few holes through the plexiglas into the wood and secure with pan head screws.

With the tool attached identify where you want to drill.
Cut a piece of plexiglas the size of the holder and clamp in place.
A core drill with a diamond bit is the best option for round cuts that you can pass wires water lines or other things through.
Repeat this process with the other half.

After the core drill has gone through the wall up to about 0 5 inches it is advisable to unscrew the guide drill bit at this point.
If the drill does not have a depth guide or stop bar wrap a little piece of masking tape around the drill bit at the required depth mark.
Great product if you need a wall mount but don t want to drill holes in the wall.
Start drilling slowly with the attached guide drill on the core drill.
If drilling holes in your wall isn t an option consider some of these less permanent mounting solutions.
